Joel Carriker began his career in the home construction in 1966. During this period he built on the average, 10 luxury homes a year ranging from 3,500 to 12,000 square feet and priced from $700,000 to $3,500,000. He built a reputation based on his consistent high quality workmanship, attention to detail and great client relationships.
Year after year his homes sold themselves because of his attention to beautiful details such as, custom moldings, marble and hardwood floors, double circular stairways, large archways, towering columns, high ceilings, elegant baths with whirlpool tubs, installing new products, such as, marble and granite countertops, custom-built solid cherry cabinets, full-steam showers, and theater rooms. Joel and his associates were installing custom features long before other builders.
